𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗝𝗨𝗠𝗣!!! 𝗟𝗮𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵, of QRC Athletics Club, nearly secured Carifta Games qualification in the Girls U17 High Jump with a best leap of 1.60m at the NAAA Development Meet #4. Welch was unable to clear the bar at 1.65m, which would have automatically qualified her for the event, which takes place in Grenada this Easter. [NB: This athlete had previously attained the CG qualification standard (1.64m) at the 2026 Power in the Field Classic.] 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 of Oasics Athletic Club had a best jump of 1.55m. 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗻 of Toco Tafac had a best height of 1.45m 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 of Concorde Athletics jumped 1.60m, just short of the 1.70m to secure Carifta games qualification. 📸 Dennis Allen for TTgameplan.
